Baillie Aaron is a serial entrepreneur and coach with a behavioural science background. She blends philosophical insight and humour to explore serious topics with playfulness.
Baillie is the Founder of Being In-Between, which guides people in career transitions through the uncertainty to find clarity in their next steps.
After graduating from Harvard and Cambridge universities, Baillie founded two award-winning organisations (Spark Inside, UK and Venturing Out, USA). She maintains a freelance practice coaching and consulting socially conscious leaders to make more impactful decisions. Baillie has been recognised as a Women Economic Forum Iconic Woman of the Decade and is the youngest inductee into the JA Boston Business Hall of Fame.
Baillie is a trained life coach and alumna of the World Economic Forum community of Global Shapers, for which she was selected to attend the Annual WEF Meeting in Davos in 2019.
Her four TEDx talks have been viewed over 65k times. In addition, she enjoys delivering speeches to diverse audiences spanning top corporate, government and charity decision-makers through to emerging and young leaders.
